AXIS BANK : Statement for March 2011

2. You will be prompted for your password.


3. The password is of 13 characters. It is a combination of the first 4 letters of your name, in upper case , as it appears on your Account statement (ignore spaces and periods, if any) and the 9 digits of your customer id. The customer id would be available in the first page of your cheque book or in the Welcome letter received by you along with the Welcome Kit. For instance, if your name appears on the statement of account as C. K. AJAY KUMAR with cust id as 009001234, then the password would be CKAJ009001234.


4. If you encounter any problem in opening your E-statement, please check the following

 - You have entered the password correctly

 - Your Web / IT / Email administrator allows E-mails with attachment.


5. Depending on your personal spam filter settings it is possible the E-statement may be directed to your junk folder rather than your inbox. Please check in both.


6. You will need Adobe Reader ver. 6.0 or above to open your statement. Incase you are not able to print from your current version of Adobe Reader, Please download the latest version from www.adobe.com.

  1. With the objective of giving you the flexibility of transacting at  any of our Bank branches under the Any where Banking Services, we have revised  our Cash Transaction Limits and Charges. The New Charge structure, as detailed  below, will allow you to deposit or withdraw cash at any Axis Bank Branch of  your choice and convenience. The below charges will be calculated on a monthly  basis and will be applicable from the monthly charge cycle of 15th March 2011 - 14th April 2011.
