The customer id would be available in the first page of your cheque book or in the Welcome letter received by you along with the Welcome Kit. For instance, if your name appears on the statement of account as C. K. AJAY KUMAR with cust id as 009001234, then the password would be CKAJ009001234.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. With regards to the interest rate on savings deposits, the rate in the savings account has been changed to 4% from the existing 3.5% annually with effect from May 03, 2011. This rate change is applicable on domestic and ordinary Non-Resident savings deposits as well as savings deposits under Non-Resident (External) Accounts Scheme.
2. Eligibility criteria for Personal Accident Insurance cover on your Axis Bank Debit Card is being revised w.e.f August 2011:
a) Debit Card with Rs.2 Lac PA Cover*: At least 1 purchase transaction using the Debit Card in preceding 180 days.
b) Debit Card with Rs.5 Lac PA Cover*: At least 1 Purchase transaction using the Debit Card in preceding 90 days.
* For Salary Account - 2 salary credits in the preceding 90 days is also mandatory.
