These are a few steps that you can follow to ensure the safety of your policy account: • Make cash payments only at authorised centers. • Mention your policy number on the renewal premium cheque (on the front as well as the reverse side) • Cross your cheque (make it an a/c payee cheque) • Ensure that all your contact details with us are up to date. • Don't give out your policy information or personal details to anyone. • Don't provide documents (personal details, identity proof etc.) or cheques to any unauthorised person. • Don’t authorise anyone to make financial transactions on your behalf, particularly withdrawals on your policy.
