| The comparison is only with the hotel directly and not with any other travel agent. For eg if a travel agent is running a X% sales promotion, this offer is not valid. If the booking for the hotel is for Rs.1000 from IRCTC website, and the customer is able to get the booking for Rs.800 directly from the hotel, then IRCTC would return the difference of
