Health Tip Of The Week

Where's the lean beef?

Lean cuts of beef include round, chuck, sirloin and tenderloin. Look for beef labeled Choice or Select rather than Prime, which usually has more fat. Lean pork includes tenderloin and loin chops. The leanest poultry choice is white meat from the breast of chicken and turkey, without the skin.
