The text formats will be used in development of the E-books by which you can get the information search-able and easily retrieved and will be available for download at your fingertips. Files can still be viewed, printed, shared and stored.

We have come up with the various data typing projects by which you can earn extra income in your leisure time. We are providing the job for the unemployed computer literate peoples who can earn extra income in their free time. We have developed the software in which HTML tagging is not required. Our software is very user friendly and minimum specification to follow while executing the job work.

We had developed procedures and technologies to provide data conversion services. We convert unstructured content and other structured electronic formats into any pre-defined formats by our clients.

The job work will be placed between 10th – 12th and 25th – 27th of the month which ever is applicable at the time of registration.

Documents Required:

1.      Address Proof.

2.      1 Stamp size photo.

Project 1: Form Filling Project – 12 months. (No Deposit – Only Software Charges)

Data: 2900-3000 Forms (JPEG, GIF to E-form filling Software)
Duration: 18-20 days

Report will be sent within 10-15 working days.
After receiving the accuracy report, payment will be done within 3-5 working days.

Software Cost: Rs. 2500/-  (refundable after 12 months if all 12 slots work has been attempted)
Agreement & Administrative Expenses = Rs 1000.00

Total Rs 3500.00 + 360.00 (Service Tax @ 10.3%) = 3860.00

If all the 12 slots have been attempted in 12 Months then Rs 2500.00 will be refunded and the contract will be extended for another one year.

Penalties need to bear to continue the process.

 

1.                  If not achieved the minimum accuracy = Rs 1000.00 Penalty (Except First time)

2.                    If work has been rejected = Rs 1500.00 Penalty

3.                    If Non-Submission of the work = Rs 1500.00 Penalty

 

If achieved the accuracy you can continue the work up to 12 months without any charges.

 

Accuracy Calculation = 100.0% - Error Percentage.

 

Calculation Example: If you make 10 Spelling errors in overall project then your accuracy will be 100.0% - 10.0% = 90.0 % so your payment will be 12000.00 (` 4.00 / Form) as per the accuracy mentioned above.

 

Instructions to follow while Filling the Forms.

1.                    Source: Image file name should be typed.

2.                    CID: Customer Identification, first letter of the First Name and Last Name followed by the ending 5 digits of the mobile number, For Ex: Name: Brent Khamo, 1589541253 then you should type as " BK41253".

3.                    DATE: As per the Image,

4.                    Name: First name and last name as mentioned in the IMAGE.

5.                    Add: As Per the Image.

6.                    Street: NA

7.                    City: As per the Image.

8.                    State: As per the Image, (It will be only 2 Characters in caps)

9.                    Country: NA

10.                 zip: As per the Image,

11.                 Phone: As per the Image,

12.                 Email: As per the Image and should be typed in lower case.

13.                 IDT: As per the Image.

14.                 Website: As per the Image and should be followed by http://www and should be typed in lower case.

15.                 Mobile: As per the Image.

16.                 P.No:  Personal Number, As per the Image.

17.                 PN: Project Name, As per the Image.

18.                 Ser No: As per the Image.

19.                 EMP No: As per the Image.

20.                 EMP N: Employer Name / Company Name, as per the Image.

21.                 CC Add: Address as per the Image.

22.                 CC No1: Numeric Value as per the image.

23.                 CC No2: Numeric value if only 2 or less than 2 digits followed by %. If more than 2 digit then you should type as NA.

24.                 CC No3: Numeric value if 3 or more than 3 digits. If less than 3 digits then you need to type as NA

25.                 CC No4: CC No1 – CC No2 / CC No3

For Ex1: CC No1 = 6000, CC No2 = 10% , CC No3 = NA then CC No4 = 6000 – 10% = 5400

For Ex2: CC No1 = 6000, CC No2 = NA , CC No3 = 650 then CC No4 = 6000 – 650 = 5350

26.                 CC No5: Company Grade ( single character in Cap)

27.                 RCPT: As per the Image.

28.                 DESP: As per the Image.

Parameters for complete rejection:-

  1. Zip file name given wrong.
  2. Incomplete forms / Extra forms. (If total number of forms sent and total number of forms received are not equal.)
  3. In any form, if the fields are not matching.
  4. IF the file is not zipped using the WINZIP software.
  5. Each job work should be sent as a separate attachment and in separate e-mail.
  6. If you are not mentioned the Name & ID Number in the subject while sending the job work.
  7. Not followed the specifications.

Project 2: Page wise Project – 12 months.

Data: 230-250 pages (JPEG, GIF to Jupiter Software)
Duration: 18-20 days

Report will be sent within 10-15 working days.
After receiving the accuracy report, payment will be done within 3-5 working days.

Software Cost: Rs. 1550/- + 10.3% Service Tax (Non Refundable)
Agreement & Administrative Expenses = Rs 500.00

Total Rs 1710.00 + 500.00 = 2210.00

Below 97.1% = NIL

 

Page accuracy should be 99.1% above to consider, else that page will be considered as error page.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMAGE TO JUPITER SOFTWARE typing

Parameters for slot complete rejection:-

1.                  If the zip file name given is wrong.

2.                  If any one .tx.enc file name is given wrong, (Ex : If the given file name is 1002a0125.gif, then the output should be 1002a0125.tx.enc. In case if you save the file as 1002a0125.tx.enc.tx.enc / 1002A0125.tx.enc or any other names will result in the rejection of the file).

3.                  If incomplete file / extra file found in the zip file. (If the total Image files are 245 then the total .tx.enc files also should be 245, if any one file is more or less the slot will be rejected)

4.                  If any one Incomplete Page found, (If more than 5 lines missing in a page then that page is considered as incomplete page).

5.                  If any other file format found apart from .tx.enc files in the zip file, then the whole slot will be rejected.

6.                  If total number of image files and .tx.enc files are different.

7.                  If any extra or temporary file found in the zip file.

8.                  If the file is not zipped using the winzip software.

9.                  If other page data found.

10.              The files in the zip file should be .tx.enc format only, if any other format found apart from this, the whole slot will be rejected.

11.              If each job work is not sent as a separate attachment and in separate e-mail.

12.              If you are not mentioned the ID no and the Name in the subject while sending the job work.

13.              If justification done.

14.              Not followed the specifications.

Instructions for IMAGE to JUPITER SOFTWARE Typing

1.                  New page data of IMAGE file should start from new   .tx.enc file.

2.                  File name should be given as it is given to the image file including the alphabets.

3.                  Type the text as it appears in the IMAGE file.

4.                  Flow Chart, images, graphs should be ignored.

5.                  Every line should match with the corresponding line in the IMAGE; hence the pages shall automatically match with the IMAGE file pages.

6.                  The files should be saved in and it should be attached to the e-mail and should be send it within / on the prescribed date & time.

7.                  Extra enters and different enter size would be considered as error.

Specifications need to be followed while typing:

1.                  Use hard enter at the end of the paragraph,

2.                  Use shift + enter at the end of the every line.

3.                  The font should be TIMES NEW ROMAN.

4.                  The font size should be 10 for Heading / Subheading, and 7 for Body Text.

5.                  The zoom of the page should be 200.

6.                  Align the text as it appears in the IMAGE file.

7.                  Put Bold, Italic, Underline as needed.

8.                  Type the text as it appears in the IMAGE file.

9.                  Justification is not required even if it is done in the IMAGE file.

10.              Indentation must be used as per IMAGE file

11.              Use only single space in between the words.

12.              zip all the .tx.enc files and give the same file name as it is given for the zip file.

13.              Zip the file using only WINZIP software of version 9.

14.              Name and id no should be mentioned in the subject only, if not the file will not be accepted. The Id no will be in the Alphanumeric and should not give any space and extra hyphens between the alphanumeric ID NO. (For Ex: Name: Ganesh ID No: LOGKA1568, for this while send the job work you should type only the name and id no as Ganesh LOGKA1568)
