* Handling Customer / Collections / Technical Issues (Voice Based)
*Provide first-level / second-level Customer / Tech Support using available tools.
*Would be interacting with US customers
*Willingness to work in night shifts
Desired Profile:
* UG/Grads/PG
* Very Good Communication skills in English
* Knowledge of Computers including Operating Systems and internet.
Salary Between : 1.7 lk to 3.5 lk per annum plus incentives
