- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Should be able to lead meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings.
- Proven track record of coaching/ mentoring.
- Ability to drive teams to deliver high quality deliverables.
- Experience in complex, cross-departmental projects involving multiple platforms.
- Ability to Create effort/duration estimates and deliverable lists for proposed projects.
- Should be capable to work independently in a global project, recommend and develop solutions.
- Good knowledge/understanding of best testing practices followed in the industry.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
