DISCONTINUATION OF 3-IN-1 A/C ARRANGEMENT WITH MOSL

Dear Customer,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for using our 3-in-1 online trading product and inform you of the upcoming changes in the existing Online Trading arrangement.

In your existing 3-in-1 arrangement the Bank and Demat account is with State Bank of India and the Online Trading account is with MOSL.  We would like to inform you that the bank’s existing arrangement with MOSL will not be continued beyond 31st March 2011. We have a similar arrangement for providing 3-in-1 trading account facility with our subsidiary – SBICAP Securities Ltd. (www.sbicapsec.com) where the Online Trading account is with SBICAP Securities Limited (SSL) instead of MOSL. We therefore urge you to open the Online trading account with SSL.

Your experience and satisfaction are our top priorities. We have therefore taken up the following steps to ensure that your new account opening experience with SSL is smooth and hassle free –

1.       Your new account with SSL will be opened free of cost!

2.       SSL’s representative shall approach you at your convenience and complete the formalities for opening the new trading account.

3.       You shall continue to trade from the existing Bank and Demat account with the only change in the Online Trading account.

4.       There shall be no change in the brokerage or any other charges.

5.       The SSL platform offers a bouquet of online products including Cash, Futures and Options, IPO and Mutual Fund and therefore the offering to you shall only be wider.

We request you to arrange to complete the account opening formalities at the earliest. We regret the inconvenience that may have been caused to you in this process of migration.

For any further query, kindly call the SBICAP Securities Limited Help Desk at the following number:

We want to thank you for your continued patronage to us. Assuring you of our best services at all times.

In case if you have already migrated your trading account to SBIcap Securities Limited, please ignore this intimation.
